Account Manager - Southeast

Brava is looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven Account Manager to support our Southeast Territory distributor network. This role is focused on distributor success, account support, and long-term relationship management rather than direct sales.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple complex workflows, and brings experience within the roofing or building materials industry. You will serve as a trusted partner to our distributors, ensuring they receive exceptional support, proactive communication, and operational coordination to help grow and strengthen their partnership with Brava.Distributor Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for distributor accounts within the assigned Territory, supporting inquiries, quotes, orders, returns, and ongoing account needs.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors by delivering responsive communication and proactive support.Act as a trusted partner and advocate for distributors, helping resolve challenges, improve processes, and ensure a positive customer experience.Conduct regular account check-ins and business reviews to strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for continued success.Maintain accurate account activity and customer records within Salesforce, including communications, order history, and support interactions.Account & Customer SuccessPartner closely with Sales teams to strengthen distributor engagement and support long-term account growth within the assigned region.Identify opportunities to expand product utilization within existing distributor relationships through education, collaboration, and strategic support.Maintain strong knowledge of Brava products, market trends, and customer needs to provide informed recommendations and support.Logistics & Administrative ExcellenceMonitor distributor inventory levels and coordinate proactively with Brava’s production schedule to support accurate forecasting and timely fulfillment.Manage operational workflows including returns, shipping issues, account setup, and order coordination while ensuring timely and accurate resolution.Required Skills & CompetenciesExceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration across distributor accounts.Strong customer service, account coordination, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and distributor relationships simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively across departments while independently managing assigned accounts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Experience3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Distributor Support, or B2B relationship management, preferably within the roofing, construction, or building materials industry.Work Environment & ScheduleThis role can be based in our McDonough, Georgia facility or remote within the southeast territory. Travel required a necessary.
