We are looking for compassionate caregivers to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in clients homes in accordance with an established care plan. We are working closely with the VA to proudly provide care for our Veterans! Responsibilities Provide supportive care services in client's homes Perform domestic and household tasks Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital (if willing) Remind clients of important medications they need to take Assist with client's personal care activities Maintain patients care records and document provided services Assist clients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Bring a smile to the faces of our clients Skills Proven working experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA or similar preferred, but not required. Ability to monitor vital signs and discern reporting or responding to changing or unstable conditions Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards Proficiency in English Caring and Compassionate personality an absolute MUST Commitment and Integrity an absolute MUST Valid driver’s license Must be RELIABLE - have dependable transportation, show up on time and respect for clients and their property If you have a joyful spirit and a servant heart this is a great opportunity with a fun, growing home care agency!
