Description of Assignment:Job Description – SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with SAP Release ManagementWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in SAP release management, quarterly upgrades, and SuccessFactors module implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors solutions while coordinating SAP release activities across environments.ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession. Manage SAP SuccessFactors quarterly releases, upgrades, patch analysis, and regression testing activities. Analyze SAP release notes and assess business impact for new features and enhancements. Coordinate release deployment activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Perform configuration changes, troubleshooting, and production support for SuccessFactors applications. Support integrations using SAP CPI, Integration Center, APIs, Boomi, or middleware technologies. Prepare functional/technical documentation, test cases, and training materials. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and release governance processes. Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation/support projects. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors quarterly release management and upgrade activities. Hands-on experience with configuration, workflows, role-based permissions (RBP), and business rules. Experience with SAP CPI, APIs, Integration Center, or Boomi integrations. Strong understanding of testing methodologies including regression and UAT testing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred QualificationsSAP SuccessFactors certification(s). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of HR business processes and data migration activities. Experience working in global enterprise environments.
