Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner Join our community-centered healthcare team as a Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner! We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner to support vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees, at a renowned Community Health Center. What You'll Bring: Current WA State Nurse Practitioner license and active WA DEA registration Board certification (BC or BE) in Pediatrics or Family Medicine with pediatric focus Proven experience in outpatient, community health, or similar settings Proficiency with the EPIC EMR system and ability to hit the ground running Strong clinical skills for managing a high-volume, diverse pediatric patient panel Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication skills, with or without bilingual abilities, to serve a diverse patient population Commitment to quality care and cultural sensitivity for vulnerable communities Nice to Have Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages common in the community Experience working with migrant and refugee populations Additional certifications such as BLS or ACLS Familiarity with interpretative services and working with interpreters Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nursing Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in pediatrics or community health Passion for serving underserved populations and working in a community-oriented environment Other Requirements: Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration Ability to start within 4 weeks of credentialing; credentialing process typically takes 2-3 weeks Willingness to work day shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel reimbursements provided Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations Must have a clean background and no malpractice history This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to bring compassionate healthcare to those who need it most.
