Learning & Development Intern (Summer 2026) Ready to help build how people learn at work? At S-One, we don’t just create learning—we design experiences that help people grow, level up, and do their best work. As our Learning & Development Intern, you’ll get hands-on with real projects that shape onboarding, sales development, and employee engagement across the company. You’ll partner with our Employee Experience & Engagement team to:Refresh and reimagine our onboarding journey inside our LMS Support our sales onboarding and level-up programs Jump into engagement and learning initiatives that impact the whole org  If you love connecting the dots between people, learning, and creativity—this is for you. Program Details10-week paid internship: June 8 – August 10, 2026 What You BringInterest in Learning & Development, HR, Psychology, Education, or similar Strong organization skills + attention to detail (you notice the little things) Ability to take ownership and run with projects Clear communicator—written, verbal, and collaborative Comfortable with Microsoft Office (LMS experience = bonus points) Curious, adaptable, and always asking “how can this be better?”  Bonus Points If You:Think like a learner (you care about the experience, not just the content) Enjoy creating, improving, or organizing learning materials Naturally, look for ways to make things more engaging, clear, and impactful Like turning ideas into structured, easy-to-follow experiences What You’ll GainHands-on experience designing real learning experiences Exposure to onboarding, sales development, and employee engagement strategies Mentorship and feedback from experienced L&D leaders A portfolio of work you can actually talk about in future interviews Apply if you’re ready to build, learn, and make an impact from day one.
