Utilities Maintenance Planner

Position: Utilities Maintenance PlannerLocation: Hillsboro, OR 97124Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension or Permanent Conversion)Compensation: $35$45/hr on W2Benefits: Weekly Pay, Medical, Dental, and Vision CoverageSchedule: Day Shift | MondayFridayKey ResponsibilitiesProvide planning and scheduling support for Utilities Operations with a focus on maintenance execution, buildings and grounds, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).Maintain CMMS data integrity, including updates, corrections, and system administration activities.Plan and coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance, repairs, and facility-related activities.Convert work notifications into detailed work plans/work orders with technical documentation, safety procedures, permits, labor estimates, tools, materials, and resource requirements.Develop and support maintenance schedules aligned with production runs, shutdown activities, and resource availability.Collaborate with Facilities Services, MRO teams, engineers, production staff, technologists, and contractors to ensure reliable facility and equipment operations with minimal downtime.Support maintenance programs aligned with industry best practices, cGMP standards, and company quality requirements, including: Preventive Maintenance (PM)Predictive Maintenance (PdM)Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)Spare Parts Inventory ControlCMMS utilization and optimizationMonitor completed work orders to evaluate planning effectiveness and identify equipment performance trends.Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and company quality standards.Maintain effective communication with management, team members, customers, and cross-site personnel.Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements.Assess training gaps and recommend additional training where needed.Required QualificationsStrong knowledge of SAP, Utility Maintenance Systems, and related maintenance planning tools.Working knowledge of cGMP requirements related to equipment maintenance and calibration.Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated team player capable of working with minimal supervision.Customer-service oriented mindset.Minimum of 5 years of experience in: Maintenance planning/scheduling,Asset management,CMMS administration/operations, orComparable maintenance information systems.Training RequirementsComplete all required cGMP training per department policy.Complete all required safety training.Participate in on-the-job training using established procedures.EducationBachelors degree in: Business (Operations Management or Supply Chain Management),Industrial Engineering,Management Information Systems,or equivalent related experience. #TMN
