Senior Business Analyst

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination ofbusiness analysis, process optimization, stakeholder facilitation, and technical documentation expertise .Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.Key Responsibilities Analyze current-state business processes and design future-state improvements Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements workshops Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and organizational maturity assessments Develop process maps using industry best practices (swim lanes, SIPOC) Translate business needs into structured requirements and documentation Create workflows, use cases, and process diagrams support enterprise change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts collaborate with technical teams, SMEs, and leadership maintain documentation libraries and standards contribute to project planning and implementation efforts Required Qualifications 8+ years of business analysis experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) experience supporting enterprise-level process improvement initiatives strong requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation skills experience creating process maps xywuqvp using Visio proficiency with Excel and SharePoint experience supporting organizational change initiatives ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation Preferred Qualifications experience supporting transformation initiatives familiarity with structured change methodologies such as Prosci experience working in PMO environments experience supporting cross-functional technical teams Work Environment Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite weekly)
