Executive Assistant - Marketing

We are searching for a proactive, adaptable and highly-organized Executive Assistant with strong attention to detail to support the Company's marketing and engagement efforts.Responsibilities Include:Assist in preparing communications for distributionAssist with keeping marketing collateral current and polishedEnsure compliance with internal brand and business standardsHelp ensure the company is consistently represented in a professional wayMaintain organized digital and physical filing systemsMonitor and track progress of various marketing initiatives through executionAssist with preparing formal proposals for potential clientsCoordinate and schedule jobsite and training photographyCommunicate, schedule and coordinate events with various vendorsTrack and process monthly invoicesAssist with client outreach to obtain approvals for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and press releasesCollaborate with HR to prepare for career fairs and school visitsCommunicate project updates and escalate relevant timing issuesAssist to coordinate company events and community service initiativesAssist in managing company store and branded inventoryProvide general administrative support and assist with additional tasks as neededMust Haves:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)Strong multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPrior experience with event coordinationExcellent verbal communication and writing skillsComfortable in an office environment with occasional job site visits or industry event attendanceWe offer a comprehensive and highly competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, life, and longterm disability insurance, in addition to a generous retirement plan, wellness programs, paid time off, and annual tuition reimbursement of $2,000.
