Electrical Field Service Technician Job Title: Field Electrical Field Service Technician Location: Houston, TX Pay Range: $105,000 - $130,000 What’s the Job? Support on-site electrical system installations, testing, and maintenance activities. Coordinate and oversee field operations, ensuring safety and compliance with project specifications. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and engineering teams to assess needs and resolve technical issues. Verify electrical and instrumentation systems against design documents and create accurate as-built documentation. Participate in factory acceptance testing and support development of electrical and control system drawings. What’s Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with electrical systems up to 480VAC, including reading and interpreting schematics and wiring diagrams. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Familiarity with electrical standards such as NFPA 70 and NFPA 70E.
