Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Fully Remote Opportunity Are you a passionate BCBA looking for a flexible, part-time or full-time mainly remote opportunity where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults and families? About the role Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinators, the BCBA will provide support to individuals and their families by designing, implementing, and evaluating environmental modifications to produce socially significant improvements in behavior. The BCBA will provide therapy utilizing the evidence-based principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to reduce interfering behaviors and to teach communication, social skills, adaptive skills, and also provide parent training. In partnership with the ABA Clinical Coordinator, the BCBA will be responsible for training, evaluation, ongoing supervision, and management of behavior technicians. What we offer Compensation: The role offers $70 to $75 per hour for clinical hours, along with the option to take on additional administrative hours at $25 per hour if you are interested. (On 1099) Medical, Dental, Vision, Alfac, IRA Fully Remote opportunity with Flexible hours Qualification Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB. Certified as a BCBA for a minimum of 2 years, unless prior approval is granted by the Executive Director. Ability to demonstrate competence in skills on the current BACB Task List, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations. Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age and functionality, with minimal direction. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook systems. Ability to utilize a fax machine, phone system, and other office materials as necessary for the position. Ability to respond to phone calls, text messages, and emails within 24 hours. Experience: Experience working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders, their parents, and other agencies working with clients. Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development is highly preferred. Prior supervision experience is also preferred. Education: BCBA: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related human services field. BCaBA: Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related human service field Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis Key Responsibilities Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with families, clients, co-workers, supervisors, community members, and other providers and professionals. Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Ability to write, interpret, and implement clinical assessments and protocols.
