Reinforcing patient confidence, supporting clinical accuracy, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the visit. This position ensures that every patient interaction reflects the Limitless Way Patient Experience through accurate clinical execution, compassionate care, and strong collaboration with the care team. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. All team members are expected to support clinic operations and patient needs as they arise, within the scope of their role and licensureTHE LIMITLESS WAY IN ACTIONExcellence: Deliver precise, high-quality clinical supportEmpowerment: Help patients feel comfortable and informed during careExpertise: Perform clinical tasks with accuracy and professionalismEfficiency: Support smooth clinic flow and minimize delaysEmpathy: Provide respectful, supportive care in every interactionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESPatient Care & Clinical SupportAssist patients to exam rooms and obtain accurate vitalsPerform treatments and administer medications as directed by the ProviderAssist with procedures including lab work and specialty treatmentAssist with patient check-in, check-out, and scheduling support as needed to maintain clinic flow Support front office or administrative tasks when clinic demand requiresPatient Communication & ExperienceBuild rapport and provide reassurance during patient interactionsCommunicate clearly about procedures and next stepsSupport a comfortable, respectful, and professional environmentEducate patients at a high level on treatment processes, next steps, and general expectations (within scope) Reinforce patient understanding of their care journey and support follow-up questions appropriately Build rapport with patients to create a comfortable, trusting clinical environment Engage with patients regarding their experience and support continuity of care Clinical Accuracy & DocumentationEnsure accurate, timely charting and documentationFollow all protocols for medication administration and lab processingMaintain compliance with clinical standards and safety practicesClinic Flow & Team SupportSupport efficient patient flow and minimize wait timesCollaborate with Providers, PRCs, and PEMs for seamless care deliveryAssist with clinic readiness, stocking, and organizationStep in to support other roles as needed to maintain patient flow and clinic efficiency Assist with cross-functional tasks (within scope of training and licensure) to support team success Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment where patient needs come firstLIMITLESS WAY STAFF EXPECTATIONSAt Limitless, every team member is responsible for the full patient experience—not just their individual role.Team members are expected to step in and support clinic operations as needed to ensure patients are cared for promptly and professionally.
