Construction Worker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking construction worker with experience in interior remodeling to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, and depending on experience may need to take lead on some tasks. The main goal is to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and concrete work. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Help with site preparation, including digging trenches and clearing debris. Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks on the job site. Skills Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
