Job PurposeUnder general supervision, complete basic pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical assemblies, following established assembly procedures and work instructions.
Essential DutiesMaintain accurate job punch time using company supplied system
Build sub-assemblies, kits, and finished goods
Retrieve and maintain inventory in work cell locations
Clarify specifications by communicating with supervisor
Box finished assemblies
Clean up and organize work area daily
Assist other employees as required
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Position RequirementsEssential
High School diploma or equivalent
Six (6) to twelve (12) months of related experience
Basic mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills
Some problem-solving skills
Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions and manufacturing procedure numbers
Experience using hand and power tools, and limited use of basic electronic test equipment
Basic computer skills
Desirable
Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical, Maintenance or related Technical Degree

Requires frequent repetitive elbow movements and simple grasping with both hands and occasional firm grasping and fine manipulation with both hands
Correctable vision

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
