Program/Contract Manager

Location: Presidio of Monterey, CA (primary; travel to Crystal City, VA) Clearance: Secret Overview: Provides overall leadership and management of the contract. Serves as the primary interface with client leadership for contract performance, reporting, and execution. Responsibilities: Direct overall program execution and compliance with contract requirements. Manage staffing, resource allocation, and training. Oversee scheduling, deliverables, and performance metrics. Conduct risk management, performance reviews, and quality control. Coordinate reporting and communication with the client and subcontractors. Core Competencies: Leadership and team management Project/contract financial and schedule oversight Risk identification and mitigation Strong communication and stakeholder engagement Requirements: Education: BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years. Certifications: PMP, IAT II (Security+, CySA+, CND, or SSCP), CE/OS certification. Experience: 5–7 years in contract/program management. Technical Screening: Familiarity with DoD IT governance, configuration management, and enterprise network sustainment.
