Dietary Aide

Food Service Worker Under supervision and in accordance with established procedures and standards performs a variety of tasks associated with food and nutrition services to patients, staff, and cafeteria patrons. Usually assigned to a specific service area but is required to assist in various capacities due to workload and staffing variations. Handles food in accordance with department and regulatory agency standards and procedures. Knowledge ordinarily acquired through the completion of high school level coursework along with courses in typing, business systems, and office procedures. Successful completion of the nutrition knowledge assessment. Nutrition education coursework desirable. Six to twelve months related experience in order to develop and demonstrate the necessary clerical, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Location: Powers Health Hospitality and Nutrition Schedule: Part-time (Benefit Eligible) Days/Evenings/Nights 11AM-7:30PM Nights/Weekends/Holidays
