We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and skilled Bartender to provide excellent beverage service to our guests. The ideal candidate will prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean and organized bar, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests in a fast-paced resort setting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws Maintain knowledge of drink menus, promotions, and specials Provide recommendations and engage guests in a professional and friendly manner Ensure accurate order taking and timely service Set up and stock bar with necessary supplies, garnishes, and glassware Monitor inventory and notify management of shortages Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems Balance cash drawers and prepare end-of-shift reports Maintain a clean and organized bar area Follow all local health department regulations and alcohol beverage laws Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards Properly clean and sanitize bar equipment and tools Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations Assist with special events, banquets, and poolside service as needed Previous bartending experience preferred Knowledge of standard cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service in Florida Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits: Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Holiday Pay Paid Vacation Employee Discounts
