Prep Cook-$17.50/hour

The Cooks Helper is responsible for food preparation, cleaning, and basic cooking tasks in the kitchen for the daily production of their outlet.Duties:Prepares high quality and consistent food products for his/her assigned outlet.Works in close conjunction with Room Chef and Master Cooks to maintain proper par stocks, inventory control, and quality of purchased goods.Checks the maintenance of all kitchen equipment and immediately reports any damaged or broken equipment to management.Follows all sanitation procedures as set by the company, maintaining the highest degree of cleanliness and organization within their outlet.Ensures all safety standards are followed and reports on all unsafe conditions to management.Qualifications:High school diploma, G.E.D. or culinary apprenticeship preferred.Background specialized in quality cuisine is preferred.Previous work experience as a Kitchen Helper or a similar role in the food industry.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Basic food preparation and handling skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.Strong communication and teamwork skills.
