The result is a day‐to‐day experience that will allow you to:We are always looking for bright, proactive individuals to join our team!PartnerRe is an equal opportunities employer.About the Job Manage day-to-day operations of PRe's insurance programs including onboarding of new programs, overseeing data quality and reporting, helping to ensure financial reporting accuracy, managing premium collections at the policy/transaction level, and driving evolving internal processes and controls related to program insurance.Assist with new opportunity operational due diligence in accordance with PRe's program insurance guidelinesOnboard new programs operationally with respect to PRE's premium, risk, cash, claims, and policy documentation guidelines for MGAsManage MGA data and document reporting timeliness and quality including all required program specific modifications by underwriting, actuarial, financial, claims, and regulatory reportingEnsure error catching reports are continuously monitored, resolved, and refined in a strategic and evolving manner in accordance with the evolving financial controls established for PRe program businessWork with the broader organization to aid in resolving accounts payables and receivables issues as applicable for all programsAbout YouWorking knowledge of insurance financial statements and profit center planning and performance monitoring practicesProcess management and driving improvement experience in direct insurance operationsStrong analytical capabilities with experience managing and manipulating large data setsWorking knowledge of Excel, databases, and SQLExperience with technology requirements documentingOral and written communication skills including experience aiding in compilation of executive .PPTX presentationsMust be able to interact and communicate with all levels of our internal organization and our external business partners15+ years' experience in direct insurance operationsExperience working with program managersProcess management experience such as six sigma and/or scrum master, etc. a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant majorAdditional Information #LI-Hybrid: PartnerRe provides a working environment in which diversity is valued, where all employees feel welcome, respected, and empowered to perform at their best.
