Through innovation and operational excellence, we are shaping a more energy-efficient and safety-focused future.Position SummaryThe Global Director of Operations is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for providing strategic direction and executive oversight of Fireye's manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics functions. Reporting directly to the president, this role drives operational excellence, strengthens production capabilities, and builds a resilient, scalable supply chain.Fireye continues to expand its global presence through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The recent acquisition of Energy Technology & Control (ETC) in the United Kingdom enhances regional engineering expertise and customer proximity in Europe.Additionally, Fireye has established Key Account Managers across key international markets, including Saudi Arabia, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and Germany, with further expansion planned in Africa and Brazil.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a global operations strategy aligned with business goals for growth, efficiency, and sustainabilityLead and develop a high-performing operations teamPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Product Development, and Quality to drive alignment and executionChampion lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and digital transformation initiativesEstablish and monitor KPIs, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, and production efficiencyDrive continuous improvement initiatives and standardize processes across global operationsEnsure global operations consistently meet or exceed customer service expectationsOversee warehousing, logistics, and distribution networks to optimize delivery performanceLead budgeting, capital planning, and cost optimization efforts across operationsEnsure compliance with all applicable safety, quality, and environmental regulationsPartner with international commercial teams to ensure operational readiness and supportQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field required, MBA or advanced degree preferredAPICS (CPIM/CSCP) and/or Six Sigma certification strongly preferredExperience & Competencies10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior, multi-site or global roleProven success leading supply chains and manufacturing operationsStrong expertise in lean manufacturing, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-makingStrategic mindset with the ability to execute operationallyExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-functional, and global teamsExperience integrating acquisitions and scaling operations internationallySummaryThe Global Director of Operations plays a critical role in advancing Fireye's global growth strategy.
