Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.Position Details:LPN – LTC-Cody WYLocation : Cody WY 82414Project Duration : 13 weeksPay range : $36-$39 an hourShift : 6p - 6:30amJob description:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities:· Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians· Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system· Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive resident care· Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed· Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements· May be required to float between units based on staffing needs· Assume charge nurse responsibilities for assigned unit as requiredQualifications:· Active LPN or RN license in good standing· Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a long-term care (LTC) setting· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification· Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred· Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentWork Environment:· Long-term care facility setting· May require flexibility to work across multiple units/floors· Fast-paced environment with a focus on resident-centered careTo discuss this amazing opportunity, reach out to our Talent Acquisition Specialist Bhumika Mehani at email address can be reached on # (630) 576-9093.About generis tek: generis tek is a boutique it/professional staffing based in Chicago land.
