Property Operations Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Operations Assistant to join our property management team. You will be working side by side with our Onsite Property Manager at the most beautiful apartment community in Elizabethtown, KY. The Reserve at Cool Springs is in the best location of E-town, features the nicest apartments and has resort level amenities. You will interact with our valuable residents and make sure they are receiving five star service at this exclusive property in the best location in the city. If you are the ideal candidate you will be willing to learn real estate management, have great communication skills, strong customer service background, detailed oriented, organized and will be able to thrive in a fast paced work environment.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service or sales
Detail oriented and Organized
Great working independently as well as with the team, Hight School or Collegiate Athletic experience a plus
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) and other basic computer applications.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for property walks or vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Flexible weekend work (Saturday and Sunday)
Tenant support - answer maintenance requests and service calls
Vendor coordination - manage relationships with outside vendors
Property maintenance - daily property walks and address maintenance needs
Supply management - order and maintain inventory
Community outreach & networking - assist with events and marketing
Customer service - address resident concerns and requests
Team collaboration - coordinate daily activities with team
Administrative support - help with reporting and record keeping

Pay: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
