This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to federal digital modernization efforts, with the understanding that it is contingent upon the award of the relevant contract.Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of one or more programs supporting digital modernization initiatives for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, schedules, and budgets are met. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk management strategies, and communication plans. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes. Facilitate collaboration among technical teams, government stakeholders, and external partners. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, federal regulations, and organizational policies. Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or Scrum. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements. Experience with risk management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of federal procurement processes and compliance standards. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is preferred.
