Senior Project Manager – Nuclear ProgramsDallas/Fort Worth, TX | Relocation Support Available | Up to $240k Base + BonusA growing engineering and solutions provider within the nuclear energy sector is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a portfolio of nuclear and safety-related projects across North America.The organization supports both the existing nuclear fleet and next-generation reactor/SMR initiatives, delivering engineered products, instrumentation & controls solutions, and safety-related services into highly regulated environments.This is a highly visible, customer-facing role with responsibility across project execution, vendor coordination, proposal support, scheduling, stakeholder management, and cross-functional project leadership.The ideal candidate will have prior experience within the nuclear industry or other highly regulated technical environments and be comfortable managing complex projects involving multiple internal teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through deliveryManage schedules, milestones, budgets, reporting, and project communicationCoordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teamsSupport proposal development, project planning, RFQs, and commercial activitiesEnsure projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with customer requirementsManage project documentation, approvals, status tracking, and delivery coordinationParticipate in customer reviews, project meetings, and operational planning discussionsSupport projects involving safety-related systems, nuclear-qualified components, and regulated delivery requirementsDesired BackgroundBachelor's degree requiredPMP certification strongly preferredPrior project management experience within nuclear, energy, aerospace, defence, or other regulated industriesStrong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management experienceExperience managing vendors, suppliers, schedules, and project execution activitiesFamiliarity with quality-controlled or compliance-driven environmentsExposure to nuclear QA programs, CGD, NQA-1, Appendix B, FAT/FATP, or similar regulated processes is beneficial but not requiredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyWhy This Opportunity?Exposure to advanced nuclear and SMR programsBroad project ownership and visibilitySignificant customer and vendor interactionOpportunity to support one of the fastest-growing sectors within the energy industryStrong compensation package including bonus and relocation supportHybrid flexibility during onboarding/transition period
