Must be able to respond to directions and ticket orders quickly and accurately, work quickly under pressure, follow instructions and adapt accordingly. 2+ years of line cook experience preferred though we are willing to invest time into training the right person with little to no experience.Skills and expectations for all: -Able to stand for long periods of time, make visual inspections, work in a tight, fast paced, warm/hot environment. -Must be a strong reader, excellent communicator, team oriented and comfortable with technology (email & texting) and possess a working cell phone. -Candidates must have or be ready to attain a Washington State Food Worker Card and reliable transportation. -Strong communication skills, be friendly, flexible, willing to learn and jump in where needed.Position Summary:Anthony's Restaurants are looking for high energy dedicated and passionate team members to join our family. Experience with seafood cooking highly desirable.Qualifications:Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to read and memorize recipes and cooking techniques and communicate orally in English.Physical:Must be able to stand and work at a fast pace for periods of up to 4 hours. Must be able to stoop, bend and reach. Must have finger and hand dexterity. Must be able to lift and carry pans, pots and other containers weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work quickly and accurately in a hot kitchen.Wage & Benefits Offered$17.13 - $22.00 Hourly + TipsFull time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the company's 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after one year of employment.
