Infinitek is supporting a rapidly growing organization delivering a large-scale, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure project in Austin. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage, where you’ll play a key role in supporting users and helping build IT operations from the ground up.This position is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, highly adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced, evolving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on desktop support for end users across the businessTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (PCs, laptops, peripherals)Support printers, scanners, and conference room/AV systemsAssist with user onboarding and offboarding (account setup, device provisioning)Deliver high-quality, white-glove support to employees, including senior stakeholdersSupport Microsoft 365 applications and user administrationAssist with basic networking issues (Wi-Fi, routers, connectivity)Maintain documentation and ensure timely resolution of support ticketsTake ownership of issues and follow through to completionRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in desktop support or IT support (internship or full-time)Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environmentsExperience supporting hardware, printers, and end-user devicesExcellent communication skills with a customer-service mindsetMicrosoft 365 Administration (Exchange, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune)Experience with Teams and SharePointExposure to user onboarding processesBasic networking knowledge (firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi)What We’re Looking ForStrong interpersonal and communication skillsA proactive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailSelf-motivated with strong ownership and accountabilitySomeone looking to build a long-term career in IT
