Parts Coordinator – East Peoria, IL= Location: East Peoria, Illinois=R Shift: 1st Shift (training and regular hours)~ PPE Required: Metatarsal safety shoes, safety glasses, and glovesJob SummaryWe are seeking a Parts Coordinator to support warehouse and packaging operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The primary responsibility will involve measuring parts in the warehouse and entering accurate data into packaging specification systems. This role also supports safety, quality, and productivity initiatives while coordinating resolution of parts-related issues between distribution centers, factories, vendors, and dealers.Key ResponsibilitiesMeasure warehouse parts according to provided specifications and input data into packaging applications.Support offsite packaging operations related to safety, quality, and productivity improvements.Coordinate resolution of parts identification, defective stock, mixed stock, and shipping issues.Utilize basic computer applications and Excel for data entry and tracking.Operate a Cushman vehicle (small battery-operated utility vehicle).Work safely within a high-traffic warehouse environment.Lift and move parts weighing up to 50 lbs.Remain on feet for approximately 70% of the workday.Required QualificationsBasic computer and Excel knowledge.Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.Ability to review and interpret data sets accurately.Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with required PPE.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.Comfortable operating a Cushman vehicle.Able to stand/walk for extended periods throughout the shift.Preferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.Experience with SAP or warehouse management systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
