Global Technical Sales Manager

OverviewSeeking a Global Technical Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our EDC/CDR solution in high-speed optical networking deployments. Drive revenue by translating complex silicon optoelectronic capabilities into clear business value for optical transceiver modules used in MSO, 5G/6G Telecommunications, PON, datacenter applications. ResponsibilitiesDrive the adoption of our EDC/CDR solution for SFP28 optical transceiver modules used in fronthaul 5G/6G Telecommunications and MSO applicationsPrimary technical interface for customers, presenting advanced signal integrity, interface equalization, and interconnect solutions to system architects and hardware engineers and drive roadmap discussionsGenerate business opportunities, manage sales pipelines to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, pricing negotiations, and multi-year revenue forecastsIdentify new applications in Telecomm, MSO, data centers, aligning company products and roadmap with evolving customer needsBuild ecosystem partnerships across suppliers, module vendors, and system integratorsManage ecosystem engagements with technical, commercial and C-level stakeholders at direct transceiver customers and end user customersQualificationsEducation: BS/MS, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Optics; MBA a plusExperience: 7+ years in technical sales, Field Applications or account management within the semiconductor or optical marketsTechnical Acumen: Deep understanding of IC, high-speed optical transceivers, TOSA/ROSA architecture, signal integrity and PAM4/NRZ signalingSoft Skills: Self-motivated and able to operate independently, exceptional presentation skills, commercial negotiation tactics, and the ability to travel domestically/internationally Location(s)Silicon Valley, CA (San Jose metro area)
