Chief Executive Officer

Company Description The MissionThe Invisible Infantry L3C is not a standard non-profit; we are a trauma-informed, socio-technological ecosystem. We are building the "Reclaimed Sanctum" and "Firebreak Battalion"—off-grid, subterranean decompression units for survivors and veterans. This is a multi-million dollar startup phase focused on bridging the "last mile" of family advocacy through radical innovation, including Faraday-shielded sanctuaries and land-based bioconversion therapy. The Role (What You’ll Actually Do)We are seeking a Partner, not just an employee. As CEO, you will be the engine behind the business architecture.• Scale the Capital: Secure and manage multi-million dollar federal accounts and Program-Related Investments (PRIs).• Operational Grit: Oversee the construction and deployment of off-grid units in rural Wyoming environments.• Performance Leadership: Drive the organization from "site-readiness" to "full mission capability."• Strategic Architecture: Work directly with the Founder to translate visionary blueprints into scalable financial and operational reality.Qualifications (The "Must-Haves")• Integrated Finance Mastery: You must understand how to blend traditional grants with PRIs and philanthropic equity. If you don't know how an L3C works, you aren't ready for this role.• Startup Resilience: Proven experience scaling a multi-million dollar project from the ground up.• Military/First Responder Fluency: Ability to navigate the "Social Vertigo" of veterans and the unique needs of the "silent ranks" (families).• Logistical Fearlessness: Comfortable managing infrastructure in remote, high-risk environments (Starlink, off-grid power, subterranean builds).• Skin in the Game: You are comfortable with a compensation model where your earnings and ownership are directly tied to the funding and performance milestones you achieve.
