System Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Provide frontline support for distribution systems and applicable interfaces, including off-hours and weekend support.• Build the skill set and knowledge base of planners through continuous improvement training and analysis.• Develop and produce distribution Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to maximize continuous improvement efforts.• Perform regular data checks and maintenance to ensure systems are running efficiently.• Drive timely resolution of system performance issues by liaising with IT.• Act as a local expert for "what-if" scenarios related to customer master data change requests.What You'll Need• 2-4 years of prior experience in a fast-paced business logistics and/or supply chain function.• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across various organizational levels.• Sound knowledge of business principles, processes, and concepts related to manufacturing, service, and distribution facilities.• Demonstrated change management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.• Proficient in Google Suite, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office applications, and Power BI.• Experience writing and deploying scripts (specifically Google App Scripts) and deep understanding of API integration processes.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($80,000 - $85,000) plus bonus potential.• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability.• Support for growing families with paid child birth benefits.• 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match, tuition assistance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.Apply via Haystack today!
