Lead Cloud Migration Engineer

Remote role : Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Consultant Location: REMOTE Duration: 12+ Months Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management suite . The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge of project-based business processes with hands-on implementation expertise across the PPM modules Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Control, Project Management, and Grants Management. You will partner with finance, project operations, and IT stakeholders to deliver a streamlined, integrated solution that supports project lifecycle management, resource optimization, and accurate financial reporting Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion PPM, including requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support. Configure PPM modules to align with business rules: project types, templates, work breakdown structures, costing setups, billing rate schedules, revenue methods, budgeting methods, and project controls . Set up and maintain project foundations: project roles, resource classes, transaction sources, burden structures, capitalizations, allocations, and cross-charge rules. Enable integration between PPM and other Oracle Fusion pillars (Financials, SCM, HCM) as well as third-party applications (e.g., time entry, payroll, AP, AR, GL, procurement).
