This role is more than front desk work. You are the first face, first voice, and first connection our patients experience. That first interaction helps shape their entire visit, and we're looking for someone who can make it count.We're searching for dependable, upbeat individuals who can balance professionalism with personality while helping keep clinic operations running smoothly.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll help create a positive patient experience from start to finish by:Welcoming patients and confirming demographic and account details in our systemAnswering questions and providing guidance throughout the visit processManaging incoming phone calls in a timely and professional mannerKeeping clinic paperwork and patient forms stocked and organizedHandling patient payments, posting charges, and providing receiptsUploading and scanning medical records and supporting documentationProtecting confidential patient information at all timesVerifying insurance information and assisting with patient concernsMaintaining a professional, approachable attitude with both patients and coworkersLearning additional clinic duties through cross-training opportunitiesHelping with tasks outside your primary role when clinic needs ariseLooking for ways to improve workflows and support team successCarrying out daily responsibilities in alignment with our mission, vision, and valuesWhat Makes You a Good FitWe're looking for someone who can stay organized, work efficiently, and communicate clearly in a fast-moving environment.
