Administrative Assistant, Full-Time

The Office of the President is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support, including financial management, administrative operations, and office management, in a confidential and professional manner.Responsibilities include managing purchase orders, invoices, and budgets; organizing meetings and travel; greeting visitors; and maintaining files. The role requires excellent communication, discretion, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate has at least three years of administrative experience, respects confidentiality, and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
