Senior Software Engineer/Product Engineer San Francisco - Onsite - 5 x days a week Series A - AI Startup - Hotel/hospitality tech Want more say in what gets built, and the responsibility that comes with it? I’m working with an AI startup building agents that handle real customer interactions and operational workflows in hospitality. They’re hiring across two areas: Product engineering: talk to customers, understand the problem, build the solution, ship it, and improve it. Backend/infrastructure: own the systems, architecture, and technical decisions that keep the platform running reliably. You’ll join a flat, six-person engineering team where everyone builds, makes decisions, and owns the outcome. What matters? You’ve shipped production software that people depend on. You know at least one programming language deeply and have strong CS fundamentals. AI coding agents are already part of how you work, and you know how to check their output. You’ve taken something further than you had to: a product, side project, open-source contribution, business or technical obsession. You understand what joining a startup involves. Your current company’s size and exact tech stack matter less than what you’ve personally built. The opportunity is broad: customer discovery, product decisions, architecture, reliable AI systems, and ownership of meaningful parts of the platform. Onsite in San Francisco.
