Upholsterer PositionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Upholsterer to join our team in Tupelo, MS. In this role, you will repair, restore, and create high-quality upholstered furniture and interiors. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with a variety of materials and takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and delivering exceptional finished products.Key ResponsibilitiesRepair, restore, and build upholstered furniture and interior componentsMeasure, cut, sew, and install fabric, leather, and other materials onto framesReplace or repair padding, springs, webbing, and structural elementsInterpret project specifications or client requests to achieve desired designsInspect completed work to ensure quality, durability, and attention to detailMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all company safety standards and proceduresQualificationsPrevious upholstery experience (furniture, automotive, marine, or related field)Strong understanding of upholstery tools, techniques, and materialsAbility to measure, cut, and sew with accuracyHigh attention to detail and craftsmanshipStrong problem-solving and time management skillsAbility to lift and move furniture as neededWhat We're Looking ForReliable and self-motivated individualsPride in hands-on, skilled trade workAbility to work independently or as part of a teamConsistent focus on quality and efficiency
