Position OverviewThe Outpatient Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.Therapists will utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and improve their overall well-being.Services may be provided in the office, home, school, community, or via telehealth in accordance with North Carolina Medicaid guidelines and agency standards. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluationsDevelop individualized treatment plans with measurable goalsProvide individual, family, and group therapy servicesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with families, community partners, and other providersParticipate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional developmentProvide crisis support and appropriate referrals when necessary Minimum QualificationsMaster's Degree in:CounselingSocial WorkPsychologyMarriage and Family TherapyOr a related behavioral health fieldNorth Carolina Licensure or License Eligible:LCMHC / LCMHCALCSW / LCSWALMFT / LMFTALicensed Psychologist Preferred ExperienceExperience working with:ChildrenAdolescentsAdultsTrauma-informed careFamily systemsCommunity-based behavioral health services What Makes Our Organization DifferentAt Carolina Solution Inc., we believe in supporting both our clients and our clinicians.
