Program Analyst

Role: Program Analyst supporting Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division's E Department.Responsibilities: Analyze complex technical support assignments, assist with procurements and project financial analysis, support R&D program development, in-service support, and procurement of supplies for the Littoral Combat Ship Gun Mission Module.Develop life cycle cost analyses, optimize program management concerning cost, schedule, and technical performance, and provide technical documentation analysis for milestone reviews.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with 5+ years' experience in project/program support, especially related to Navy programs or Gun Weapon Systems.Experience in technical problem-solving, data analysis, and systems evaluation.Proficient in MS Office tools.Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.Physical ability to lift 15-25 pounds and perform standing, walking, twisting, bending, and squatting.Security Clearance: Must hold a Secret clearance, US citizenship required.
