Electrical SuperintendentLocation: Pompano Beach, FLHourly Rate: $45 + Profit SharingPosition OverviewWe are seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee commercial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all electrical work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while managing teams of electricians and collaborating with other construction professionals.Core ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor subcontractors and internal field teams to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.Maintain OSHA-compliant job sites and champion a true Safety-First culture through consistent leadership and example.Enforce NEC compliance and uphold company quality standards across all installations.Build, manage, and update project schedules using digital tools, including delivering accurate Two-Week Look Ahead plans.Oversee manpower planning across multiple sites and optimize labor allocation to reduce downtime and increase productivity.Prepare and manage Submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders with accuracy and urgency.Support buyout processes, vendor selection, and procurement coordination.Manage logistics to ensure materials arrive exactly when needed.Maintain accurate Cost Reports, protect GP margins, and identify Value Engineering opportunities that reduce cost without sacrificing quality.Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects aligned and moving forward.What We're Looking For8+ years in commercial construction2+ years with a commercial electrical contractorStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesAbility to read and interpret complex electrical and architectural drawingsProficiency with Microsoft Office and modern project management tool
