You will be part of a team that values safety, connection, and providing a positive daily experience for those we serve.What You Will DoSafely transport individuals to and from programs, appointments, and community activitiesEnsure all passengers are properly secured, including seatbelts and wheelchair tie-downsMaintain a clean, safe, and fully equipped vehicleFollow all safety procedures, policies, and protocols, including accident proceduresAdhere to assigned routes and schedules consistentlyBuild positive, respectful relationships with passengers, coworkers, and program teamsProvide a comfortable and supportive transportation experienceOperate either an Ability Beyond vehicle or personal vehicle, as neededWhat You Will NeedValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredSafe driving record and commitment to safetyWhy You Will Love This RoleThis is more than just a driving job.
