Senior Test Systems Engineer - Medical Device ManufacturingAudubon, PAFull-Time | Direct Hire | OnsiteSalary: $115,000 + $7,500 BonusWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Systems Engineer to support the development, modernization, and sustainment of automated electro-mechanical manufacturing test systems for advanced implantable medical technologies to join a growing medical device engineering organization in the Audubon, PA areaThis is a high-visibility, hands-on engineering role supporting cross-functional integration initiatives and manufacturing test modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in automated test systems, instrumentation, troubleshooting, and regulated manufacturing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, deploy, and maintain automated electro-mechanical manufacturing test systemsSupport PCBA and device-level production testingDefine test requirements and critical test parameters in collaboration with Electrical Engineering teamsDesign and develop test solutions using NI LabVIEW and NI TestStandExecute verification and validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ protocolsPerform regression testing on modified test systemsTroubleshoot manufacturing test failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actionsDrive efforts to improve manufacturing yield and first-pass success ratesSupport modernization of legacy NI hardware and automated test platformsConduct ad hoc testing and document/report findingsCollaborate cross-functionally with Electrical Engineering, Firmware, Manufacturing Engineering, Validation, and Test Software teamsSupport domestic and international manufacturing and supplier locations as needed (up to 10% travel)QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline5+ years of experience developing and sustaining automated electro-mechanical test systemsStrong hands-on experience with:NI LabVIEWNI TestStandPXI / NI instrumentationOscilloscopesDAQ systemsPCBAs and manufacturing test systemsStrong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsExperience reading electrical schematics, technical drawings, and BOMsUnderstanding of software development and testing best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced cross-functional environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience within medical device, aerospace, automotive, or other regulated industriesExperience with FDA-regulated software/system validationKnowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validation methodologiesExperience with:C#.NET developmentC++SQL/database reportingFirmware integrationWindows compatibility support* Experience modernizing legacy automated test systemsWhat Makes This Opportunity Stand OutHigh-impact engineering role with technical ownershipExposure to advanced implantable medical device technologyOpportunity to influence modernization initiatives and manufacturing strategyStrong cross-functional engineering collaborationGrowing engineering presence and long-term project visibilityHands-on environment with meaningful technical challengesThis role is fully onsite in Audubon, PA and is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex manufacturing test challenges, working directly with hardware and software systems, and driving continuous improvement within a regulated engineering environment.COMPENSATION:Salary Range: $115,000Onsite: Audubon, PAComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and HolidaysThis job opens for applications on 5/18/26 Applications will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date.#LI-KP1 #LI-ONSITE
