About this Role The District Operations Manager for Electronic Security Systems (ES) oversees the operations for multiple branches, focusing on managing non-sales personnel and promoting excellent customer service to maintain client relationships. This role involves supervising the installation and service of electronic security systems for commercial and residential clients, collaborating closely with Sales Managers to ensure cohesive service delivery. This position will be responsible for operational efficiency, strategic planning, and process improvements, and will require strong leadership and communication skills, along with relevant industry knowledge. This is for the district including our offices in Madison, Wausau and Minocqua, WI and Rockford, IL. Primary Responsibilities Include: Branch Management- overseeing all non-sales branch operations, managing financial activities within budget limits, and providing guidance to meet financial goals. Drive revenue and RMR growth, finding and implementing efficiencies and streamlining processes Take necessary steps to maintain customer satisfaction and quickly address complaints. Oversight of operations teams, including management of Electronic Division non-sales personnel to ensure timely and accurate processing of work orders; Oversee warehouse and inventory management, including purchasing, receiving, and maintenance of company inventory, vehicles and equipment. Personnel Development- Make informed hiring decisions, provide comprehensive training, and mentor direct reports to enhance their performance; tackle performance and behavior concerns in a timely manner, Oversee receivables and collection processes to ensure customer satisfaction and timely collection of past due balances. Coordinate branch facilities requests, projects, and vendors with PMC facilities personnel. Preferred Qualifications and Knowledge High School Diploma or GED is required. Degree in business or related field is preferred. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience is required. Minimum 3 years operations management is preferred. Security Industry experience a plus. Must be able to travel 30-40% within the market to include some overnights. Proven exceptional interpersonal, organizational and time management skills Ability to display strong leadership skills and to coach and mentor branch staff Must have excellent leadership, organizational, problem resolving, communication skills, and a personable and professional presence are a must. #PMTEC Work with the best!
