3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Location: Lincolnton, NC Shift: 3rd Shift (Mon-Fri, 11PM-7AM Pay: $28 a hour based off experience. We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support overnight operations and keep production running smoothly. Ideal candidates bring a strong troubleshooting mindset and confidence working across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems. • Key Responsibilities Perform electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting to minimize downtime Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a fastpaced manufacturing environment Complete and track work orders using CMMS systems Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts • What You Bring Handson experience with electrical maintenance and mechanical repair Strong PLC troubleshooting skills Familiarity with CMMS platforms Reliability, teamwork, and readiness for consistent nightshift work PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
