This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, technology, collaboration, and process improvement while gaining exposure to a highly technical manufacturing environment.In this role, you’ll help maintain and organize the critical documentation that supports the manufacturing of wire harnesses, enclosure assemblies, and custom box build products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure production documents are accurate, accessible, and up to date.This position offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, engineering documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives, along with strong opportunities for career growth and advancement.What You’ll DoCreate and update production documentation including visual aids, work instructions, checklists, and support formsUpload, organize, and maintain files in SharePoint and company systemsTrack project updates, part numbers, and documentation status using ExcelPrepare and distribute production document packets to internal teamsArchive outdated or revised documents following established proceduresSupport senior Document Specialists and collaborate across the NPI teamAssist with troubleshooting, rework coordination, and process improvement initiativesHelp identify opportunities to improve workflows and documentation efficiencyContribute to a collaborative, team-oriented manufacturing environmentPerform additional duties as needed to support operationsWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years of experience in document control, administrative support, or manufacturing support environmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Comfortable working with document management systems and digital filesBasic understanding of technical documents or engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience in cable, wire harness, or enclosure manufacturing is a plusWhy This Opportunity Stands OutCompetitive compensation and benefits packageHealth insurance and retirement benefitsOvertime opportunities availableCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesStable company with a long-term industry reputationExposure to diverse industries and innovative manufacturing projectsCollaborative and team-oriented environmentScheduleMonday – Friday8-hour shiftsOvertime opportunities available
