MANAGER

Job DutiesYou will oversee Engineering and operations for igniters, extruded propellant rocket assembly, and energetic aircrew escape devices, such primers, initiators, thrusters, rocket catapults, and parachute deployment rocket motors (PDRM).You will direct complex programs and organizations performing technical, administrative and professional work in the area of energetics, explosives and/or chemical manufacturing/production/operations.You will provide leadership direction and control to ensure program objectives are met and that the organization and/or program/project is adequately staffed to accomplish assigned tasks.You will provide effective project management, quality control, and product improvements on assigned projects, ensure development and manufacturing work proceeds safely, within budget, on schedule, and compliant with existing requirements.
