The RoleThe GUIDE Program Coordinator role at Craniometrix is built around a simple objective: keep non-clinical support, documentation, coordination, and follow-up accurate and easy to act on. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States.This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Craniometrix.A Typical DayA typical workday may include reviewing non-clinical requests or records and identifying what information or follow-up is still needed; updating notes, documentation, schedules, referrals, or program records in approved systems; and communicating routine administrative next steps clearly and routing clinical questions to appropriate qualified personnel. You will also be expected to keep track of open work by tracking open items so patients, caregivers, providers, or internal teams are not left waiting unnecessarily.What Success Looks LikeRecords are complete, follow-ups are visible, routine questions receive clear administrative guidance, and anything outside the role’s scope is routed promptly.What Helps You SucceedCareful handling of sensitive information and strong respect for confidentiality.Clear, patient written and verbal communication.Ability to follow defined procedures and recognize when a question is outside a non-clinical scope.Strong recordkeeping and attention to detail.Because this is specifically a GUIDE Program Coordinator position, the successful candidate should be comfortable applying these habits to the responsibilities implied by the role title rather than treating the work as generic administrative support. Training on company-specific processes or systems may be provided where appropriate.Employment DetailsFull-time. 100% remote within the United States. Associate level. Base compensation: $45,000–$68,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
