In this position, you will lead advanced analysis, reporting, metric design, and data-quality work across business and operational datasets while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Smartly Technologies.What You'll Work OnTranslate complex questions about support, implementation, service-management, and technical operations workflows into measurable analyses, reporting logic, and decision-ready outputs.Analyze support, system, service, project, and client data to identify trends, drivers, anomalies, and opportunities that require deeper investigation.Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical datasets with documented definitions.Review data quality, reconcile conflicting sources, and establish validation checks before results are published.Develop forecasts, segmentation, or scenario analyses and explain the implications to users, clients, engineers, and service teams.Guide analytical standards, documentation, and peer review for recurring metrics and high-impact reporting for Smartly Technologies.Skills & ExperienceSeveral years of data-analysis, business-intelligence, or advanced reporting experience.Advanced spreadsheet skills plus practical SQL experience; BI or visualization-tool experience is strongly preferred.Ability to structure ambiguous business questions and communicate analytical findings to nontechnical stakeholders.Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Smartly Technologies's remote-work environment.Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.Position DetailsEmployment type: Full TimeWork arrangement: 100% Remote — United StatesExperience level: Mid Senior LevelBase salary: $106,500 - $116,500 per yearApplyTo be considered, submit your resume and complete the online application with current contact and employment information.
