Job Title: Project Manager Tech 3 Job Type: Contract Site Type: Remote (PST) Duration: 1 Months 18 Days Job Overview: The main function of an IT Project Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting.Job Responsibilities: Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scopeManage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advisingPartner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirementsLead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needsDefine test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance TestingFacilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and proceduresPrepare and present cost-benefit analysesEnsure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilizedMake presentations to steering committees or project sponsorsJob Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred\5+ years of Release Management & UAT experience5+ years of experience in Test & Delivery Tooling (Azure DevOps or Equivalent)5+ years of experience in Enterprise Systems Testing (Procurement / ERP / Operations)5+ years of Technical Writing experiencePrior Microsoft Corp. contractorPMP or PMI certificationProven project management experiencePeople management and team building skillsDemonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing prioritiesProven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organizationStrong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functionsExperience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment*Salary Range: $63/hr with Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits
