Keystone Engineering is currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our Team.
Position Type: Full-time
Location: Remote
Work Environment/Physical Demands: Office/Sedentary
Travel Requirements: N/A.
Essential Functions:
Work with Project Managers to process client billing in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide backup documentation for invoices, i.e., expense receipts, timesheets, etc.
Process and submit invoice adjustments with proper approval.
Review third-party systems to ensure all invoices were submitted correctly and track invoice status.
Apply client payments to invoices.
Reconcile subcontractor invoices with timesheets.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a professional office
Working knowledge of MS Office Software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate
Attention to detail, and prioritization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
Experience Preferred:
Engineering firm experience
Acumatica ERP experience
