Role Description This is a remote role for a Loan Officer Assistant based in Dallas, TX, with opportunities for remote work. The Loan Officer Assistant will support loan officers by managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and assisting clients throughout the mortgage process. Key responsibilities include organizing loan applications, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan files. The role requires balancing in-office presence with remote work to support both the loan team and client needs. Qualifications Knowledge of Loan Processing, Working with Loan Officers, and familiarity with the Mortgage IndustryExceptional Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsUnderstanding of basic principles of Underwriting and loan application processesStrong verbal and written Communication skills, with an attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in using relevant computer systems and softwareOrganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant certifications in the finance or mortgage sector are a plusExperience working in the real estate or financial services industry is advantageous
