This Production Manager role is a newly created leadership position designed to scale operations, improve efficiency, and drive team performance. The Production Manager will lead multiple concurrent residential construction projects while managing schedules, teams, and client relationships. This Production Manager will balance hands-on leadership with strategic oversight in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
