We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Administrative Specialist to support day-to-day office operations. This individual will assist with customer service functions, order processing and shipping activities, filing and administrative tasks, and maintaining information within the company’s ERP system.Temp to PermWorking in office M-FPay $21/hrCustomer Service Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with processing, filling, and shipping customer ordersEnter and maintain accurate information within the ERP systemSupport customer service inquiries via phone and emailPerform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and document organizationHelp maintain organized inventory and shipping recordsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillmentAssist with additional office support tasks as neededQualifications2+ years of customer service, administrative, or office support experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working within ERP systems and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, proactive, and team-oriented attitudePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting shipping, logistics, or order fulfillment processesPrior experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or office operations environment
